    第一,关于互联网企业的核心是不是盈利模式的问题。或者,这个问题,我以偏概全了。其实,每个互联网企业都有自己的核心,新浪的核心是内容的聚合,allibaba的核心是中小企业网商资讯的聚合,现在流行的这圈那群他们的核心应该是人的聚合。对于,你说的,互联网的企业的核心是圈人,我认为也不尽然,圈人是手段不是目的,而且,天涯和易趣都圈了400万用户,但价值大小一目了然。互联网企业的核心是什么?或者,说是聚合更合适一点?

      第二,对于盈利模式,我按照流量模式和会员模式的简单二元分法。是为了简单化和表述方便。举个例子,sp是不是盈利模式?现在大家都把他作为一个盈利模式,但我因为核心还是会员。干脆划入会员,省的眼晕。其实,流量模式也好,会员模式也好,其间并没有非彼即此的排斥关系,相反,还互相促进。很明显,人流量多了,入会的肯定多。入会的多了,流量肯定大。这么简单的划分,只是为了从目的上清楚,流量大了卖广告,会员多了卖产品。


      第三,“作为我们,首先关注好如何让用户心甘情愿被你圈住”,认同你这个观点,网民不是驴子,你随便可以架个木栏就会留在里面,而是要实实在在的为他们提供不同需求的产品和服务。
